AUTHENTICITY:
At Horizontal Pockets, we take in charge the responsibility to provide you with the authentic and nothing else. Horizontal Pockets will never disguise replicas as original or encourage selling fakes. We will only ever sell the 100% authentic item.
Most items purchased have a digital or physical receipt we dispose of. This can be sent with the order if requested.
RETURN POLICY:
We do not accept returns or refunds. No refunds or returns will be granted for the wrong size or item purchased.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Shipping fees may vary if item is purchased outside of Spain, this will be calculated at checkout. Shipping times may vary depending on local holidays but the item should be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
We may also provide an in-hand delivery for Barcelona residents. Email us at info@horizontalpockets.com before making a purchase to arrange this.
We are not responsible for any additional charges that you may receive once the item arrives at its destination such as import taxes. We advise you to check with your country customs office to see if the previously stated charges may affect you.
